讲者简介

Lars Winther

Lars Winther是丹麦国家爵士机构JazzDanmark的经理。

Lars曾是一名爵士钢琴手，在2008年作为MI22大乐队的成员巡演来到过中国；2005年，他创立了丹麦唱片厂牌Your Favourite Records；2009年，他成为了丹麦独立唱片协会主席；2011年，他开始在JazzDanmark工作；2014年，他作为该奖项有史以来最年轻的获奖者，荣获DJBFA（丹麦作曲家协会）颁发的Appreciation Award，每年该奖项都会颁发给一位丹麦音乐界的幕后工作者。Lars取得了哥本哈根大学音乐学以及哥本哈根商学院创新商务进程管理双硕士学位。

Martin Røen Hansen

拥有音乐及商务交流双硕士学位的Martin Røen Hansen一直在为丹麦国家电台乐队（Danish National Radio Big Band）制作以及组织音乐会、唱片录制及各种活动，并为即将展开国际事业的音乐家们做咨询顾问。

他早前已在中国大陆、韩国、印度尼西亚和泰国等国出品、支持或联合组织了上百场音乐会，同也在丹麦举办了多场亚洲的摇滚、爵士以及独立音乐的演出。

Lars Winther and Martn Røen are two of the most influential figures in the Northern Europe jazz scene.

Jazz music has a long and glorious history in Europe. This inspirational talk will touch upon subjects and artistic view from the 1950’s jazz scene up to present day. There will be a lot of posters from the Copenhagen Jazz Festival, which wonderfully illustrates the different concept of jazz music over time. These are posters from various periods of jazz festivals, some even got a history of 36 years, which presented the difference of artistic styles between each period, but also the uncertainty of jazz.

JazzDanmark is primarily funded by the Danish Arts Council, but also receives support for projects from Kopifon, Danish Musicians’ Union, The Danish Artist Union, DJBFA o.a. JazzDanmark increases the possibilities for jazz in Denmark and Danish jazz abroad — for musicians, venues and the rest of the industry — so that jazz reaches a growing audience, which gets increasingly better experiences.

Lars Winther

Lars Winther is the manager of the national Danish jazz-organization JazzDanmark.

Lars has a past as a jazz-pianist (he visited China in 2008 on tour with the big band MI22) and founded the Danish record label Your Favourite Records in 2005. In 2009 he became chairman of the Danish Association of Independent Record Labels before starting his job at JazzDanmark in 2011. 2014 he was the youngest-ever recipient of the DJBFA (a Danish composers society) “Appreciation Award”, which is each year awarded to one person working behind the scenes of the Danish music industry. Lars has a double masters in Musicology from the University of Copenhagen and in Management of Creative Business Processes from the Copenhagen Business School.

Martin Røen Hansen

M.A. in Musicology and Business Communication, Martin Røen Hansen, is in addition to continuously producing and organizing concerts, recordings and events for Danish National Radio Big Band, consulting upcoming artists in their international careers.

He has previously produced, supported or co-organized hundreds of concerts in mainland China, Korea, Indonesia and Thailand, as well as hosted asian rock, jazz and indie acts in Denmark.

今年，小河的工作有了一个新的重心：和团队重启了2010年小河个人发起的“音乐肖像”项目。

用音乐给陌生人作一幅肖像，这个主意听起来既大胆又带着一股纯真的气味。在2010年，小河按照这个想法，通过各种途径找到了12个陌生人，跟他们共同生活一天，然后根据自己的接触体验，为这12人写了12首歌曲，就像画一幅肖像那样，把平凡生活的画面捕捉进音符当中。从那时起，这场漫长的记录有了第一组画面，小河给它们取名为《十二幅音乐肖像》。

今年项目重启，有了一支完整的团队，还邀请了来自大陆、香港与台湾的12位风格迥异的音乐人来改编小河在5年前制作的12支Demo，通过他们各自的眼睛重新去凝视这些当年由小河描绘过的陌生人。我们将这个项目定名为“音乐肖像”。这可以看做是一场接力赛，在项目重新出发后，小河将手里的接力棒交了出去，也将这种创作方式的体验传递了下去，这就是这颗名为“音乐肖像”的种子所要成长为的：用歌唱去记录更多的“普通人”。

这是个“普通人不关注普通人”的时代，每天和我们擦肩而过甚至朝夕相处的诸多脸孔，或平淡或强烈的表情里其实早已写进了各自的故事，只是很难被我们注意，而音乐肖像想要做的，就是通过音乐人的视角与方式呈现这些“普通人”的生命之光。

这场分享会，小河将为大家隆重介绍“音乐肖像”项目，期待你的到来。

This year, Xiao He’s work has a new focus — he and his team restarted the “Musical Portrait”, which was launched by him in 2010.

Making a portrait with music for a stranger, the idea sounds bold and somehow innocent. Back in 2010, following this idea, Xiao He approached 12 strangers through different ways and spent one day with each of them. Based on the experience and feelings, he wrote 12 songs for them, just like drawing portraits with notes, which he captured from the scenes of their everyday life. At that point, having gone through this long journey of recording, the very first collection of images came out, and it was named “12 Musical Portraits” by Xiao He.

Five years later, the project was relaunched this year, with a whole team working for it. Further more, they have invited 12 musicians in distinctive styles, from mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan, to adapt the 12 demos Xiao He made back then and interpret them in brand new ways, reviewing these strangers through their own eyes. The new project could be regarded as a relay race, in which the baton, as well as this very way of creation, were passed from Xiao He to his successor. This is exactly what the project “Musical Portrait” aims for: recording lives by singing, especially of ordinary people.

We’re living in an age that ordinary people don’t pay much attention to each other. Everyday, all those characters that we meet, brushing us by, or being with us together all the time, have already been writing their stories with their expressions, be them placid or intense. We just get used to ignore them. Hence, what the “Musical Portrait” has been trying to do is to present the silver lining in life, of these ordinary people, of you and me, through the vision and expression of a musician.
