Ruth Koleva来自素有“上帝的后花园”之美称的保加利亚。这个被巴尔干山及多瑙河环绕的美丽国度，一直以来孕育的不只有娇艳的玫瑰花，还有许多优秀的音乐人才。而对Ruth Koleva来说，音乐并不只是一个爱好，更是她的生活方式。
她9岁就开始周游各国，在泰国首次正式登台演出。15岁那年她来到纽约，获得了重量级的音乐推手和经纪人Joe Fletcher（曾与BB King、James Brown、Tori Amos和Black Eye Peas等知名艺人合作）的青睐。他为Koleva录制了她的第一张原创demo，跨刀的还有Martin Briley，他因为诸如*NSYNC、Elton John、Daughtry和Marc Anthony这样的金唱片音乐家的担纲制作人、作曲者和合作创作者而闻名。
2017年在演艺文化重镇洛杉矶，她从数百位候选人中脱颖而出，参加了好莱坞流行音乐学院的为时5个月的集训。在那里，她有机会在灵魂音乐先锋人物Stevie Wonder的面前表演，同时还结识了环球唱片的Carlos Neal，并录制了四首歌曲。满载着经验和能量，她向着新的音乐挑战出发，加入了说唱厂牌ILLmate。她独一无二的嗓音为她争取了与人声大师Bobby McFerrin和dub传奇Mad Professor同台演出的机会。年仅17岁的她，让Mad Professor都深深为其自由驾驭不同音乐风格的能力而倾倒。
作为一名歌手及作词人，Koleva的发布于2011年首张专辑《Within Whisper》一经推出，就在保加利亚引起了巨大反响。今年，Koleva带着她的第二张专辑《Confidence. Truth》强势回归。此专辑由同样来自保加利亚的洛杉矶乐队Kan Wakan成员Gueorgiu Linev制作，还有同为新秀的RachelRow、Stones Throw的Jonah Christian、Lindsay Olsen和SAIGO参与创作。《Confidence. Truth》就像是那种可以轻易征服电台的专辑，却又同时能成为你最亲密的同伴知己。

Ruth is a Bulgarian soul/jazz singer. For Ruth Koleva, music isn’t just a hobby, it’s her way of life.
She starts traveling around the world at the age of 9, having her first official stage appearance in Thailand. At 15, she flies to New York to enchant Joe Fletcher, a top manager and concert promoter who has worked with a wide range of musicians (BB King, James Brown, Tori Amos, Black Eyed Peas), the result of which is singing up with him and recording her first original demo with Martin Briley, who is famous for successfully producing, writing and co-writing songs for gold record artists such as *NSYNC, Elton John, Daughtry and Marc Anthony.
In 2007, Ruth is chosen among hundreds of candidates to spend five months in the capital of show business, Los Angeles, training at the Hollywood Pop Academy where she performs in front of the soul music pioneer Stevie Wonder. Meanwhile, she meets Carlos Neal from Universal Music and records four tracks. Loaded with experience and energy for new musical challenges, she joins the hip hop label ILLmate. Ruth’s one-of-a-kind voice has also brought her into duet performances, on-stage with Bobby McFerrin, and dub legend Mad Professor, who admits to being fascinated by her ability to experiment fluidly with several musical idioms at only 17 years of age.
This year Ruth Koleva returns with her second album, Confidence. Truth. Produced by compatriot Gueorgiu Linev of LA band Kan Wakan, and written with rising star Rachel Row, Jonah Christian (Stones Throw), Lindsay Olsen and SAIGO, Confidence. Truth feels like the kind of album that could easily conquer radio and yet also be your closest companion and confidant.

GLDN是一支来自日本东京和横滨的另类摇滚/布鲁斯摇滚乐队。他们将美国南方农村奴隶音乐中苦难的灵魂，安置于全新的都市梦魇之中——一头诞生于没有秘密的水泥森林中的怪兽。吉他手斋藤浩太的嗓音仿佛辛辣的二手烟，他受John Lee Hooker等布鲁斯音乐家的启发，但真正吸引他的是布鲁斯音乐的叙事风格。他们的歌大多关于刻一些骨铭心的故事，往往带着一抹哀伤的色彩。
斋藤愿意将他们的作品比作电影配乐。“某种程度上，我一直在为一部尚不存在的电影创作配乐。”斋藤浩太对《台北时报》的记者说。2013年，他参与了电影《犬道》的配乐，影片由东京电影学校策划，由万田邦敏任导演，其代表作为2001年电影《爱，未完成》。
GLDN曾于2009年在美国纽约、波士顿巡演，2015至2016年在台北、台南巡演。今年，他们在台湾厂牌22RECORDS旗下发行了名为《路的尽头》的全新EP，并且刚刚结束了同台北氛围后硬核乐队US:WE（直到看見鯨魚的眼睛）在台湾的巡演。

GLDN is an alternative rock/blues rock band based in Tokyo and Yokohama, Japan. The band borrows from the tortured soul of the slave music of the American rural south and gives it form as a new urban nightmare – a beast born of blocks of skyscrapers where there are no secrets. The voice of guitarist Kota Saito is like acrid secondhand smoke. He took the influences from blues artists like John Lee Hooker, but what really fascinate him are those narrative styles of blues music. Their songs are always about unforgettable stories, with a touch of melancholy.
Kota Saito likes to likens their music to the movie soundtracks. “In a way I have been making the scores for a film which doesn’t exist yet”, Kota Saito told the reporter from the Taipei Times. In 2013, he participated in a film called INU-MICHI (DOG’S WAY) as a music composer. A project of The Film School of Tokyo, directed by Kunitoshi Manda, known as the director of The Kiss, Unloved.
GLDN has toured USA (NY, Boston) in 2009 and Taiwan (Taipei, Tainan) in 2015 and 2016. This year they has released their new EP, End of the Road, by 22RECORDS(Taiwan, China) and have just toured with the atmospheric post-hardcore band Until Seeing Whale’s Eyes(Taipei) in Taiwan.
